ABOUT NEVILLE POINT
Private, Safe, Quality Housing for Plymouth State University Students
Neville Point started up in 2008 with a single property. Over the years, we've acquired and remodeled units across campus and currently offer over 50 bedrooms to PSU students. With our office located right over the Pemigewasset River in Holderness, Neville Point is always close by and available for all tenant needs. We provide full quality management services, with maintenance done by us whenever possible.
Privacy, quality, and safety are the fundamental characteristics that describe the services we aim to provide. Being local ourselves, our properties, the University, and the Plymouth community in general are all things we take special pride in. Despite our moderate size, we offer a number of unique properties; all located within walking distance of campus.
